Welcome to Dayblaster (www.dayblaster.com), a browser start page operated from Israel. By using the site you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at service@dayblaster.com.

1. The service

Dayblaster is a customizable browser start page: shortcut zones, live news and markets trackers, and productivity widgets. The core service is free. An optional one-time paid upgrade ("Dayblaster Pro") unlocks additional features and removes ads.

2. Free accounts

• You don't need an account to use Dayblaster. Without one, your customizations are stored only in your own browser.
• You may optionally create a free account (email sign-in link) to back up and sync your settings across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure — it is your key to your Dayblaster account.

3. Dayblaster Pro

• Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the Pro feature set (currently: no ad banners, a larger widget dock, exclusive backgrounds and page profiles) for the lifetime of the service.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
• Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
• "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Dayblaster service — see section 7.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt the service for others, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

5. Third-party sites and content

Dayblaster links to third-party websites (your shortcuts, news articles, market pages) and displays content from external sources. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their practices. Some links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and news, weather and market data are informational only — never financial advice.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may update features, these terms, or — in the unlikely worst case — discontinue the service. If we ever discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice on the site. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the date above.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
